Knowing and Loving Me-The knowing and loving me lifework shop provides opportunities to explore intimacy, relationship, sexuality and spirituality. Our relationships with others are patterned upon our relationship with ourselves. Our sexual energy is our creative power. Relationships and sexuality enhance the fullness of our lives. How we are handling relationships and sexuality teach us about ourselves. Begin to explore what you desire, learn to love yourself enough to receive it.

Moving In Your World With Protection-The purpose of this class is to give participants varied energy techniques gathered from several different modalities/teachers that offer protection and shielding to be used to assist in keeping one's energy field clear and one's living space, whether it be a room, apartment or home. Emphasis will be placed on hands-on techniques for in-class practice. Handouts will cover protection for EMR (cell phones and computers), cleansing/spiritual baths, protective plants/flowers, diffusion techniques for headaches, a tapping formula for stress, how to run the Oxygen and Heart meridians (useful in addressing shortness of breath and recovery of heart attacks & stroke) and more.

All participants must be well hydrated for this energy class. Also, the instructor encourages note taking.
These techniques may be used with your family and friends and/or in your professional practice.

Muscle Testing With Ease-In this class you will learn about clearing yourself and preparing the client for muscle testing. You will learn how to muscle test the client in a standing position using two major muscles (Anterior Deltoid & Pectoralis Major). You will also learn how to clear a client if switched or blocked using emotional stress release points, tri-hemispheric points, and frontal/occipital holding techniques. Self-testing and "running" of the central and governing meridians will also be taught.

Reiki Classes-The various forms of Reiki offered are Usui, Karuna, Gendai, Sekhem-Seichim Reiki. Session's cost $60 and generally lasts 60 min long. Absent Healing is also available for $45 and lasts 20 min long. Lightarian Reiki/Angel Links/Rays also available. Please come on an empty stomach and wear loose comfortable clothing.
